Pine Tree is a commercial real estate company located throughout the United States. My role is a hybrid: Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist. Most of the projects featured here are social media cover photos and posts. I have also created branded material, handbooks, logos, UI design, email marketing templates, and aerial brochures.
Below, are social media guidelines I created for the numerous shopping centers we manage. We wanted to make a consistent presence on social media as opposed to our previous posts which had no specific style or guidelines.
